  6. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. Get as required Onion chopped a small size
  8. Get as required Oil for frying

Drain the water completely and grind it along with green chillies and salt to a smooth and soft batter without adding water or sprinkling little water now and then. These dal vada are made of urad, chana dal and moong dal.

  1. Soak urad dal for 4- 5 hours blend into a paste.
  2. Add salt,soda, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves,hari mirchi, onion. Heat oil in a kadhai. Let it hot add batter into small batches.
  3. Fry till into golden colour and cook well from inside. And then dish out from oil and serve hot with any kind of chutney.
