Hello everybody, it is Drew, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, puff-puff. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Puff-puff is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Puff-puff is something which I have loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Puff-puff:
  1. Get 2 1/2 cup flour
  2. Get 1 cup warm milk
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp yeast
  4. Take 4 tbsp sugar
  5. Get 1 tsp salt
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  7. Make ready Oil for frying

The term "Puff-Puff" comes from the Japanese onomatopoeia for a woman rubbing her breasts in someone's face. Nigerian Puff Puff is that spongy, deep-fried, spherical snack that originated from Nigeria. It is soft and springs back to touch, you know, like when you pinch a foam sponge. Puff Puff could also be filled with and drizzled with chocolate then eaten as a dessert.

Steps to make Puff-puff:
  1. Combine yeast and warm water in a small cup, set aside allow to proof for 5mins
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients, flour,sugar,salt and nutmeg
  3. Pour in the proofed yeast and the warm milk,mix well
  4. Beat the batter with a spoon for couple if minutes,cover it and place in a warm place for at least 1hr
  5. Heat oil in a sauce pan,add spoonful of the batter into the hot oil,fry till golden Brown
  6. Remove from oil,drain in a colander to remove excess oil
  7. Then its ready to be enjoyed
