Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the garlic and prawns and stir-fry for two minutes, then remove and set aside. Then add the grated tomato cook for 2 minutes on low heat then add a souce of king prawns peel and sugar and lemon juice and soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes then add the rice tagliatelle and cook for 10 minutes and put the rice tagliatelle aside from the pan and break the eggs and cook for 1 minute and mix with the tagliatelle.
  4. Serve the rice tagliatelle with king prawns and lemon slices and sprinkle with roasted peanuts and garnish with green chili and mint or coriander leaves.
