  2. Prepare celery sticks 250g

  1. In a frying pan start by browning your ground beef and in a small cooking oil and make sure your pan is hot, to avoid stewing the mince its best not to add all of it same time. once browned set aside in a clean container.
  2. Add your chopped celery and continue to saute for another 2 minutes, using a wooden spoon keep stirring to avoid burning your veggies
  3. Add your finely chopped onions and continue to saute and golden brown, add a pinch of salt to enhance your vegetable flavours, remember. following step is adding your spices and continue frying so the spices can be thoroughly cooked, aroma is released.
  4. Add chopped ginger and garlic, and putt back the reserved beef mince that was set aside after browning. then add your tomato paste and continue cooking it to kill the acidity of the tomato paste, throw in fresh chopped coriander, keep stirring to avoid burning, cook for further 5 minutes and not forgetting to reduce the heat after all the frying.
  5. In a small bowl using warm water pour a cup of water in soup powder and combine, that serves as your stock and allow to simmer, add 2 fresh chilies with stocks removed that gives it a touch of hotness, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper
  6. For pasta cook in boiling water with spoon of olive oil to avoid the pasta from clinging together and add a pinch of salt, cook aldante and drain water when cooked.
