  1. Mash the khoya with hand for 4-5mins. Then mix maida,milk powder,sugar,baking powder and elaichi powder to it.Mash again.
  2. Make small balls out of it and deep fry.
  3. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  4. Immediately soak them in sugar syrup and keep aside fr 2 hrs.
