To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have homemade khoya using 4 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Homemade khoya:
  1. Take 200 gm dry Milk powder
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup fresh Milk
  3. Take 2 tsp clarified Butter (makhan)
  4. Take 1 tsp Cream (optional)
Instructions to make Homemade khoya:
  1. In a pan add butter and let it melt.
  2. Turn off the flame and aad cream and milk and mix it well
  3. Now turn on the flame and let the milk brings to boil
  4. Gradually add dry milk powder and mix continusly
  5. Cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pan
  6. (Approx 10-15 minutes) And mix continusly
  7. Let it cool and set in Desired shape moulds
  8. Can be kept in refrigerator upto 10 days
