  1. In pan add oil and butter heat it, add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add both paste mix well cook for 5 min on medium flame add kaju paste, salt, chilli powder mix well cook for 5 min on medium heat.
  2. Add grated paneer and pander cubes milk mix well cook for 5 min on medium heat, add water if required. Mix well close lid cook for 10 min on low heat.
  3. Open lid add homemade paneer masala mix, close lid cook for 2 min.
  4. Switch off the heat, keep aside.
  5. Heat coal, place heated coal in small bowl, place coal bowl in curry pan add some butter on coal close lid for 2 min smoke is coming out. Open lid when smoke is over.
  6. Koyla paneer is ready to eat.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves serve with chapati and rice.
