Gajar Ka Halwa is a classical Indian dessert, this is also known as gajrala.   1. First peel and grate the carrots, then add sugar and put them aside for half an hour so that the carrots make water.
  2. Then put the carrots on fire to lose the water and cook slowly. Add the maple syrup, walnuts, cardamom powder and glucose syrup to the carrots.
  3. It needs around half an hour to cook properly and lose all the water. Then mix the gelatin powder with 2 spoons of water and add it to the carrots along with the rosewater.
