  1. Make ready 3 cups beans
  2. Prepare 1/4 groundnut oil
  3. Take to taste salt
  4. Get 3 pepper
  5. Take 1 medium size onion
Instructions to make Akara:
  1. Wash the beans to remove the back.
  2. Blend in the mill with pepper and onion.
  3. Mix with warm water till is light(not too light)
  4. Place pan on fire,add groundnut oil allow for 6mins.
  5. Then scoop the beans with cooking spoon and put in the oil.
  6. Allow to turn brown and turn till both sides are brown.ready to eat with custard or Pap.
