- Preheat oven to 350°
- Chop onions, peppers and mushrooms, set to the side
- Mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add to vegetables.
- Crush crackers finely ( I used a small Zip Loc baggy but recommend a rolling pin instead of the can I had to use)
- Mix hamburger, sausage, eggs and crackers in large mixing bowl. Add vegetables with sauce and mix well.
- Place in 9"x13" baking dish, evenly. Bake for 60 minutes. Enjoy!!
