  3. Now heat some ghee in a pan and fry all dry fruits. Keep it aside. Now in the same pan heat rest of ghee and roast sooji in it. Now add urad daal paste to it and cook it till brown in colour.
  4. In an another pan cook mawa for 5 min and mix in the daal mixture. Add all dry fruits and cardamom powder to it. Now add all ingredients in the sugar syrup. When it is cooled shape it as you like. Enjoy this delicacy of punjab.
