Instructions to make Black Pepper Beef:
  1. Mix the beef and the marinate ingredients. Leave to rest min. 10 minutes.
  2. Heat up the oil in a wok over medium heat and stir fry the onion until translucent.
  3. Add the beef mixture in the wok until the beef is fully cooked (1-2 minutes or no more red colour).
  4. Add the green capsicum and pour the sauce.
  5. Served hot with steamed rice or noodle.
