  18. Take salt as per taste

  3. Add finely chopped tomato. Mix well and cook till tomato softens.
  4. Add spices - turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder, chat masala. Mix well and saute for 4-5 minutes till the spices release aroma.
  5. Add the crumbled paneer and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute. Add chopped coriander and kasuri methi crushed bwtween palms.
  6. Mix well. Do not cook more after adding paneer as it will make paneer chewy. The paneer bhurji is ready.
  7. Serve paneer bhurji hot with chapati, parathas, bread or pav.
