  1. Take 1 . Onion - 2 sliced
  2. Take 2 . Ginger garlic crushed - 1 tbspn

  12. Prepare 12 . Kasuri methi - 1 tspn
  13. Make ready 13 . Salt to taste
  14. Make ready 14 . Oil - 2 tbspn
  15. Get For the marinade
  16. Take 1 . Mutton / beef - 1/2 kg
  17. Get 2 . Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
  18. Get 3 . Pepper powder - 1 1/4 tspn
  19. Make ready 4 . Ginger garlic crushed - 1 tbspn
  20. Take 5 . Oil - 1 tbspn
  21. Take 6 . Salt to taste
  22. Make ready 7 . Water
  23. Get For the gravy
Instructions to make Creamy mutton curry:
  1. Marinate the mutton pieces with turmeric powder, pepper powder, oil, ginger garlic crushed and salt. Kepp it aside for an hour.
  2. Add the marinated mutton pieces in a pressure cooker, add enough water and cook till done (for about 4 - 5 whistle).
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds and let it splutter. Add sliced onions, ginger garlic crushed and little salt. Saute till soft and turn golden colour.
  4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and pepper powder and saute till raw smell disappear and oil appears on top.
  5. Remove from flame and let it cool. Grind this to a smooth paste by adding some water.
  6. Heat the same pan, add this ground onion paste and saute for 5 minutes.
  7. Add mutton pieces and combine well.
  8. To this add cashew paste and mix well.
  9. Add the mutton stock water to this and mix well. Cook till the gravy become thick. -      * Add garam masala, kasuri methi, fresh cream and coriander leaves. Mix well. - Remove from flame and serve hot with roti or naan.
