3. For the gravy,heat the oil and add spring onions,ginger and garlic pastes.Now add all sauces and dissolve the corn flour in water and add to the mixture.
4. Once it boils a little and has gravy consistency add the Manchurian and cook for 2-5 minutes.
5. For the rice,In a non stick pan add 1 tbsp Ghee and then add all the chopped vegetables,rice and salt per taste.Toss it and cook it and then the rice part is ready.
6. Serving Procedure is as follows,Take a Sizzler plate and heat it and add a little oil.
7. Place some cabbage leaves. above a little oil.
8. Now place the rice over the cabbage leaves.
