  1. Take 1 kg Goat Mutton leg lean
  2. Prepare 1 small 100 gm Papaya Raw approx

  6. Prepare 6 Green chilli
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder (use degi mirch if you want red colour)

  9. Make ready 3 tbsps Corriander seeds
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp Cumin seeds Jeera /
  11. Take 1 tsp Fenugreek Methi seeds /
  12. Take 1 tsp Pepper
  13. Prepare 6 Cloves
  14. Get 4 Cardamom Green
  15. Make ready 1 inch Cinnamon
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  17. Take 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  18. Take 8 chillies Dry red (regular with smooth skin)
  19. Prepare 3 chillies Kashmiri / bydgi dry red
  20. Make ready 1 Onion
  21. Get 1/4 coconut Dried (copra) grated
  22. Prepare 6 tbsps Oil
  23. Take Salt

  5. Mix the dry spice powder + onion + coconut with some water and blend into a fine paste
  6. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and add the marinated mutton. Fry for 10 min
  7. Add the masala paste and salt and pressure cook for 20 min.
  8. After the pressure comes down, check if the mutton is tender and serve.
