  21. Take 1 tsp sunflower oil

Mongolian Beef is one of my favorite Asian foods and this recipe did not disappoint. We used to order Mongolian Beef from a local Chinese Take-out and have them add celery, for extra veg and.   1. Coat beef in cornflour and set aside
  2. Heat pan add garlic and ginger constantly stirring for 30 seconds (do not brown)
  3. Add beef and pinch of salt and pepper and fry until cooked through
  4. Add soy sauce, water, honey and chilli flakes and simmer for 5 to 10 mins
  5. Whilst beef simmering prepare veg if not already done
  6. Add 1tsp oil to pan and stir fry veg 4 minutes before end of beef simmering, add water if needed
  7. Add 1 tsp oil to seperate pan and stir fry noodles 2-4 mins stir constantly
  8. Once noodles and veg cooked add both to pan with beef
  9. Mix well and serve immediately with spring onion on top
