  1. First of all, make the base ready for these gorgeous goodies. Process the Parle-G Biscuits into a fine powder and stir in some melted Butter. Mix well and press into the cupcake liners in the Muffin pan. Refrigerate them for a good 10-12 minutes until we make the Cheesecake mix ready.
  2. Preheat your oven on 180° keeping the timer for 40 minutes so that it gets a little preheating time. For the Cheesecake mix, blend Cream Cheese, Whipping Cream, Sugar, Lemon juice, Eggs and the Vanilla Essence together until well combined.
  3. Now scoop out this mix onto each cupcake liner in the pan as seen in the picture. Bake them in this preheated oven for about 25 minutes or so. Keep an eye on them so that they don't get burnt. They usually get done in 22-25 minutes. Different ovens have different temperature settings, so please keep an eye on them.
  4. That's it. As simple as that. While the Cheesecake Cups are being baked, prepare the compote by cooking the Mulberries on a low to medium high adding some Sugar. Cook until soft and mushy with a nice sheen or glaze. Keep it aside until use.
