Egg Fried rice is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. They are nice and they look fantastic. Egg Fried rice is something which I have loved my whole life.

In the case of egg fried rice, that means light, individual grains of rice with just the right balance of chewiness and tenderness, fluffy and fragrant eggs, and the subtle savory aromas of cooked soy sauce and scallions. If we can get a little smoky wok hei into the mix, all the better. Heat oil in a medium skillet or wok over medium heat. Plate and drizzle with sesame oil, to taste.

My egg fried rice recipe uses egg that's slightly flavored with turmeric and paprika, which I think is a unique addition. It adds color to the dish, making it a vibrant yellow. Egg Fried Rice is basically just rice, egg, soy sauce & onions. You want to avoid freshly cooked rice because it is still moist and steamy, which may yield fried rice with a mushy texture.

Steps to make Egg Fried rice:
  1. Chop all the vegiees
  2. Take a bowl add eggs,red chilli powder and salt mix well..take a pan add oil and cook eggs and crumbled it..keep aside
  3. Now take a big vessel add oil,jeera than slowly keep on adding all the vegiee,soya sauce and salt.. cook till it's compltly done
  4. Now add crumbled eggs to the cooked vegiees..mix it well
  5. Now cook rice and the mixture to it and mix it very lightly..keep on very low flame till 15 mins..and serve..
  6. You can also add boiled shreded chicken to it..just boil chicken in ginger garlic paste and salt.. shred it and mix into vegiess once vegiees are cooked well..

Toss well to combine, then press down evenly into skillet. Crack in eggs, stirring quickly to scramble eggs with vegetables. Eggs are scrambled and added in the rice, which makes it different from other Fried Rice recipes.
