The tofu is pan-fried, then doused in a sweet and sour sauce, with the intermingling of flavors from ketchup, vinegar, and soy sauce. Instructions to make Sweet and Sour Tofu:

  4. Add chilli flakes, ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, honey. - Sprinkle some salt and pepper. - Saute nicely.
  5. Add tofu and saute for another 30sec. Garnish with green onion and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
