  6. Prepare Maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger garlic powder
  7. Take Oil
  8. Get For garnishing
  9. Make ready Lettuce
  10. Get Cucumber (sliced)

Vegan black pepper tofu is a delicious dish adapted from classic Chinese recipe. Tofu is one of those ingredients that has the ability to truly divide the crowd. I must admit that long before I went. Transfer tofu to a medium bowl.

Instructions to make Peppered tofu(awara):
  1. Here is our fried awara
  2. In a pan sauté onion and red pepper for 2mins then add in remaining onions, green beans, carrots, maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger garlic powder and stir-fry for 3mins
  3. Then add in fried awara and stir-fry for 2mins then serve and garnish with lettuce, cucumber and mint leaf😋

I must admit that long before I went. Transfer tofu to a medium bowl. Add cornstarch and salt and Reduce heat to medium and add reserved cracked pepper to skillet. The tofu cubes have a super crispy exterior and a soft and silky center. The dish is very easy to make and ready in less than an hour.
