  5. Make ready Sugar (according to taste bcz condensed milk is sweetened
  6. Get 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp Rose water
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Kewra essence
  10. Get Nuts for garnishing
  11. Take Pink color a pinch (optional)
Instructions to make Rosey GAJRELA (Gajar ki kheer):
  1. Boil milk then add rice with nutmeg & cardamom powder & cook on low flame for good 12-15 minutes keep stirring continuously until rice is half done Rosey GAJRELA (Gajar ki kheer)Rosey GAJRELA (Gajar ki kheer)1. Add carrots with condensed milk & cook for 15 -20 minutes on low flame (stir continuously, adjusts sugar at this stage) Rosey GAJRELA (Gajar ki kheer)1. When it’s getting thick & rice is full done add rose water & kewra water mix it well n turn off the flame - (If u wish to add color then add at this stage) - Transfer in serving dish & garnish with nuts - Serve chilled Rosey GAJRELA (Gajar ki kheer)
