  1. Take ready roll Puff Pastry
  2. Make ready sausage meat
  3. Prepare cranberry sauce
  4. Make ready garlic granules
  5. Take onion granules

  1. Set oven to 180
  2. Mix all the filling ingrdients together your hands is best for this, every now and a gain throw the mixture in to the bowl this helps with the texture.

  8. After 20 mins remove from the fridge brush again with the egg and decorate
  9. Place into the oven and bake until golden
  10. Can be eaten hot or cold
