  1. All the ingredients like besan,salt finely chopped green chilli,ajwain, turmeric, Kasturi methi,garam masala,red chilli mixed in a bowl. Add water into the mix in order to make a nice batter.   4. Veggies bread pakora : fry all the required Veggies first then cut two slices of bread and put Veggies between the two slices and dip into besan batter then fry it. the bread is to be fried on both side till it gets a golden brown. Now our dish is ready.
