  4. Lightly press the top of the skins with a spatula and cook for 4~5 minutes until lightly browned. Slide out of the frying pan and onto a plate.
  5. Add some oil to the frying pan, flip the gyoza disk over, and return to the frying pan. Cook the other side in the same way until lightly browned and it's done.
  6. It's easy to cut it with a pizza cutter or kitchen scissors. Cut it into eighths like a pizza to have equal slices.
