  4. Top with sausages and place in hot oven (180°c) for 25-30 minutes
  5. Once potatoes are browned and sausages and vegetables are cooked, take out of oven
  6. Serve on a bed of fresh spinach and a drizzle of sour cream or creme fraiche and enjoy!
