Instructions to make Faluda:

1. Take a pan. Put cream, condensed milk, milk, sugar and bring it to boil on low heat.
2. In a separate bowl sprinkle china grass packet into 1/2 cup water and mix well.
3. Add this mixture in milk abd stir well. Let it cool completely.
4. Take a bowl and grease it well. Pour the cooled milk mixture in it. (If you want you can add crystal jelly cubes)
5. Chill over night. Once set take it out and unmould.
6. You Faluda is ready to be served chilled with some Crystal Jelly
