Stir in spinach, bell pepper, mushroom mixture and cheese. Shred spinach and cook in dry skillet until wilted (about two minutes), transfer to plate.

  4. Prepare 1/4 cup spinach leaves
  5. Take 2-3 mini red and orange capsicum / bell pepper
  6. Prepare 1 tsp red pepper powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Take to taste Eno salt
  9. Get as needed Oil for cooking

I'm a huge fan of spinach and red peppers but this didn't do anything for me. I just don't think the flavours went very well together. If only they would not consist of so much sugar. This healthy alternative will surprise you: it's lovely texture and delicious.

Instructions to make Spinach and bell pepper waffle:
  1. First in a bowl take rava and curd.Mix both ingredients well. Cover it and keep aside.
  2. Now for spinach puree - take water in a pot,when water starts boiling put spinach leaves in it.Cook for 3-4 minutes.Turn off the gas.Transfer these leaves into cold water.Keep this for 2 minutes.now take a grinder and put these leaves in this and puree it.Spinach puree is ready.
  3. Now for capsicum puree - take orange and red mini bell pepper.Cut into halves.Take a tray and grease it well. Now arrange these bell peppers.Keep this into oven and bake it at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.now take out from oven.Cool it down.In a grinder put these baked bell pepper and puree it. Bell pepper puree is ready.
  4. Now take rava and curd mix.Add little water,salt,red chilli powder and cumin seeds. Mix it well. Now divide this into three equal portion.in a one portion,add spinach puree.Second portion add bell pepper puree and third portion will remain same.
  5. Now take waffle pan,grease it well and preaheat it. Now take three diffrent mix.Add 1 tsp eno salt in every mix.Put diffrent mix into waffle tray.
  6. Cook it for about 5-7 minutes. Tricolor spinach bell pepper waffle is ready.serve hot with chutney.
