To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have solkadi using 6 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Solkadi:
  1. Take 1 Cup Coconut pieces
  2. Take 8-10 Kokum pieces
  3. Make ready 1/2 inch ginger
  4. Take 1 Green chillies
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves
  6. Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Solkadi:
  1. Soak the kokum in 1cup hot water for 30 minutes. Squeeze and discard the pulp. keep aside.
  2. Grind the grated coconut, ginger and chillies together with the help of water. Now squeeze the milk out of the paste.
  3. Now add the coconut milk mixture into the kokum water. Mix it well. Add salt.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
