The ingredients needed to make Cabbage sabzi:
  1. Prepare 500 gms cabbage
  2. Make ready 2 onions
  3. Take 1 carrot
  4. Get 4 Green chillies ,chopped
  5. Make ready as per taste Salt
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon garam masala
  7. Prepare 1 capsicum
  8. Prepare 2 Tomatoes
  9. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. Make ready 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  11. Take 3 tablespoons oil
Instructions to make Cabbage sabzi:
  1. Take utensil heat up oil add onion, capsicum, carrot saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add cabbage and salt to it, cook cabbage until its color changes to lite brown then add tomato and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. When cabbage cook properly then add dry spices (turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala).simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cabbage sabzi is ready to serve, garnish with coriander. leaves.
