The ingredients needed to make Chilli brinjal/ chilli eggplant:
  1. Prepare 1 big eggplant(bharta brinjal)
  2. Get 1 medium onion cut into big square
  3. Get 1 medium capsicum cut into square
  4. Prepare 4 green chillies chopped
  5. Prepare 8-9 cloves garlic chopped
  6. Take 1 " ginger chopped
  7. Take 1/4 cup spring onion chopped
  8. Take 2 medium tomatoes boiled and pureed
  9. Prepare 2 tsp white oil
  10. Get as per taste Salt
  11. Make ready For sauce
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  13. Take 1 tsp tomato sauce
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
  15. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp vinegar

  4. Prepare sauce adding all sauce listed in list as well as vinegar and chopped green chillies. Chopped some spring onion.
  5. After onion and capsicum cooked 60 percent, add tomato pureed followed by brinjal. Cook for another 4-5 mins with soft stirring. Atlast add sauce and spring onion and give a stir for 2 mins in high flame. Adjust salt and seasoning.
  6. Serve hot with roti or bread or simple steamed rice.
