- Beat it again at a low speed for 2 min. Finally, add condensed milk& beat it well. Pour it into the caramelized mould. Close it with a lid. Steam it over boiling water for 20 mins.
- Cool it & refrigerate it 15 min. Unmould it & decorate it with nuts & chocolates.
