  1. Soak rice for 15 min. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add buy leaf and cumin seeds fry for 2 min add onion fry until pink.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes cook till it become soft. Add turmeric powder mix well. Add all veg and rice or salt or garam masala fry it for 2 min.
  3. Add 2 and helf cup of water.cook until 2 whistlet.now turn of the flame. And allow to cook in remine pressure.
  4. Your veg masala khichdi is ready
  5. Serve with your favorite raita and pickle.
