  1. Wash the tinda, peel it and hold it.
  2. Deep fry the tinda.
  3. In one bowl take dal and all the ingredients and mix it.
  4. Take a tinda put the stuffing.
  5. Take onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, tomatoes, put in a grinder and mix it.
  6. Take one pan add some oil and put in masala and burn it.
  7. Add 2 cup water. and boil it.
  8. When you want to eat server tinda in a bowl it's grave and garnish it.
  9. Now ready to eat with chapatti.
