  2. In a big coated pan on high heat add the meat and turn, when it's half cooked add diced tomatoes, onions, 1 tbsp vinegar, meat bouillant powder, a dash of the powders again and keep on mixing till cooked
  3. Ideally served in burger buns but i served it with yellow rice
  4. Sauce: mix yogurt with seseme paste, dash of salt and pepper, diced garlic or powder and 1 tbsp vinegar
