8. Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter mixture and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs. Make sure the cauliflower florets are well coated. Once done set aside.
9. For frying - In a deep frying pan, heat the oil on medium flame. Add the coated cauliflower florets in batches.
10. Deep fry them for 6-7 minutes or until they are light and crunchy. Follow the same procedure for the remaining gobi popcorn. Remove on a kitchen towel.
11. Serve Gobi Popcorn with ketchup or mayonnaise
