  1. Make meat filling. Mix ground pork and soy sauce, sugar, potato starch, chicken soup base, sesame oil, ginger well. and add chopped onion and mix well. You can use anything meat fillings.
  2. Cut 1 Gyoza skin into 1/4 size (use 3 sheets) and put skins on the meat ball with the round edge up. see photo
  3. Cut 1 Gyoza skin into half (1/2 size) and put skins around meat ball. (use 2 sheets) The point is to fold the edge of the skin a little outward.
  4. Make a mist blow. Steam for 10 minutes
  5. I made OBENTO with ROSE GYOZA DUMPLING!!
  6. If you add color with food red, it's cute♡
