  7. Jab boil a jaye to chawel dal dain.darmiyani aanch par 10.mint tak paknay dain.
  8. 10 mint baad dekhain paini sookh geya hai to halki aanch par chawelon ko 25 sy 30 mint tak dam dy dain.
  9. Serve,sehri main khana khany ke baad dehi zaror lain iss sy seenay main jalan nahi ho gi.and meray jaisay chaye peetain hain ke sar main dard na ho 😜😊👍😋
