  19. Prepare Jawitri(mace) few leaves
  20. Make ready 1 stick Pipli
  21. Prepare 1 Badian(star anaise)
  22. Prepare 1 Bay leaf(tez patta)
  23. Make ready Toast and Grind all the above ingredients
  24. Prepare Garnish ::: Green chillies sliced Coriander leaves chopped Ginger julians Lemon wedges
Steps to make Beef Nihari with Homemade Masala:
  1. Put ½ cup oil in a pot. Add meat and fry it a little. - Add salt, chili powder, turmeric (Haldi) powder, coriander seeds (Dhaniya) powder and ginger garlic(Adrak lehsun) paste. Add a little water and mix well.
  2. Grind all the special Nihari spices, put the grounded mixture of spices into the meat.
  3. Add 5-6 glasses of water cover and leave to tenderize on very low flame.
  4. When meat has softened, - Roost atta and blend it with 1 cup water. - Add atta mixture into the meat - Cook for another 15 mins for desired consistency of curry.
  5. Note:::If you want more oil and more spicy you can add baghar before serving Just heat oil add some red chilli powder crushed ginger and little bit nihari masala and pour it into nihari۔
  6. ۔ - Garnish with green chillies coriander lemon and ginger julians and serve hot with nan ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
