Instructions to make Mutton yukhni pulao (Eid Special):
  1. In a pressure cooker heat oil add onion and Mutton fry it on medium flame then add ginger, garlic, salt and other spices.
  2. Add 2 glasses of water and pressure it for 15mins.
  3. Now check it out if the Mutton become tender, then add mint leaves green chilli and 5 glass of water let it boil for 5mins then add soaked rice. Mix it.then cover it and cook it on low flame.
  4. Now check the water is dry and rice are cooked switch off the flame. And serve it.
