Steps to make Beetroot Puri with potato bhaji:
  1. Wash,peel,chop and cook the beetroot and grind in a mixie. Take atta add ajwain.
  2. Add curd,kasuri methi, salt and beetroot puree and knead to a tight dough.
  3. Make lemon size balls and roll into small puris and deep fry in oil.
  4. Drain with a slotted spoon and fry all puris.
  5. Wash peel and cube all the potatoes and add the tomato,onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric and garlic and put water and cook till done. Take oil in a pan and fry cashews and keep aside. In the same oil crackle the mustard seeds.
  6. Put cumin seeds, curry leaves and red chilli and saute on low flame.
  7. Put green peas and cook till done. pour int he cooked potatoes and mix well and cook till well mixed. top with cashews..
  8. Enjoy both puri and bhaji
