  2. Add chopped onions until it turns golden brown
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and stir.Let it cook for 5 mins
  4. Add the eggs and stir. Let it cook for 15mins as you continuously stir
  5. Start preparing your steamed spinach. Put 5ml of oil in hot pan. Add chopped onions and stir
  6. Add the chopped spinach and stir.Let it cook for 10mins.
  7. Prepare your ugali and serve the food while hot.

This dish resembles our Pinoy scrambled eggs, except that I used spinach for this recipe and did not use garlic powder and green onions. On another note, you can modify this recipe by adding half a cup of milk along with the eggs while beating. Spicy scrambled egg with spinach wrap for breakfast - stunning and tasty. Chop up cooked spinach and add to the scrambled eggs. Take naan bread and lightly toast it.
