The ingredients needed to make Simple couscous:
  1. Get 1 pack couscous
  2. Make ready 1 cup Oil
  3. Take Blanded Pepper
  4. Take Slice Onions
  5. Get Steam Moringa (zogale)
  6. Prepare Seasonings
  7. Take 1/4 Grain Groundnuts

Couscous is the most common carbohydrate used in Moroccan cooking. I think of it as tiny grains of Couscous also refers to a type of celebrational Moroccan meal made from the couscous 'grains'. Once boiling, add the couscous, cinnamon, peas and salt and pepper to taste. Stir quickly to mix and take pan off the heat.

  2. In a non-stick pan out 1/4 of oil, pepper, onions, groundnuts and seasonings allow it to cook for 3 mins then add your steam couscous and zogale to the ingredients and mix it well for about 10 minutes. Serve with any drink or water & Enjoy πŸ˜‹

Once boiling, add the couscous, cinnamon, peas and salt and pepper to taste. Stir quickly to mix and take pan off the heat. Fluff with a fork and stir in toasted. Couscous: Bring the water to a simmer in a small pot over medium heat, then turn off the heat. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan.
