  5. Heat up your oil.placing your chips into the pan, make sure you pat dry your chips before putting then in the pan, cook them for ten minutes they should be light gold in colour, then remove and put them on a flat baking tin.
  6. Take your fish and dip in beer batter making sure excess batter runs off, gently lower into hot oil and fry for six to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  7. When the fish is golden brown remove.
  8. Reads chips into the oil to bring them to a golden colour 3 minutes.
  9. Assemble the plate, adding peas, if you so wish.
