  2. Take 1-1/2 tsp icing sugar
  3. Prepare 2 cups flour

  7. Take 150 ml water
  8. Make ready 2 cups sugar
  9. Take Toppings
  10. Take as needed Some fresh cream
  11. Make ready Frying
  12. Take as needed Oil
