  1. Prepare 700 grams mutton
  2. Make ready 4 medium sized chopped onion
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Take 2 Fresh tomato puree
  5. Take Handful chopped green coriander leaves
  6. Prepare 2 black cardamoms
  7. Take 3 green cardamoms
  8. Prepare 1 inch cinnamon
  9. Take 4 whole dry red chillies
  10. Take 2 tbsp garam masala powder
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  12. Take 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  13. Get 5 tbsp mustard oil
  14. Take 3 tbsp pure ghee
  15. Get 1 tbsp coriander powder
  16. Take 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  17. Get 1/2 bowl curd
  18. Get 1 tbsp meat masala powder
  19. Take 4 cloves
  20. Take 2 bay leaves
  21. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  22. Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper corns

Here is how to prepare delicious Dhabha style mutton curry. That is popularly known as Dhabe Da Meat in northern India. Mutton curry recipe - Lamb curry or mutton masala gravy.

Instructions to make Punjabi mutton curry:
  1. Firstly take a mutton clean and wash it
  2. Now heat the thick bottomed pan take oil and ghee then add black cardamom, bay leaf, green cardamom, cinnamon, red chilli, cumin, cloves crackle it
  3. Now add chopped onion satue it becomes translucent.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste saute it for 5 to 8 mins on lower flame.
  5. Now add wash mutton saute it for10 mins on lower flame.
  6. Now add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt to taste, tomato puree and mix it properly on lower flame.
  7. Now cover and cook for 15 mins on lower flame
  8. When masala leaves oil then add curd and as required water mix it properly now again cover and cook for until it becomes tender.
  9. Now add some meat masala and chopped coriander leaves mix it properly.
  10. Now ready to serve it naan,chapati and rice.
