The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon mandazis:
  1. Take 1 kg self raising flour
  2. Take 4 tbs oil
  3. Get 2 tbs cinnamon
  4. Get 1/2 cup sugar
  5. Make ready 500 ml milk
  6. Prepare 2 eggs

  3. Roll out mandazi dough in to a full circle.then cut long straight shape.
  4. Cut in to square shape
  5. Put frying pan on fire add oil.when its hot.put mandazi dough
  6. Cook until it is golden brown.then remove your mandazi.you can serve with tea.
