  1. Prepare 1 glass rice
  2. Prepare 1 egg
  3. Make ready 1 yellow capsicum
  4. Get 2 tomatoes
  5. Prepare 1 glass peas
  6. Take 2 onions
  7. Make ready 100 ml yoghurt
  8. Prepare 4 tablespoonful oil

Now add the rice and soy sauce and blend all together well. For us, frying the rice before adding the liquids really does make all the. Pour the eggs into the empty side of the pan, then scramble them, stirring. Add the peas, red pepper and green onions.

Steps to make Egg-fried rice with crispy peas:
  1. Prep. Your ingredients. Chop the capsicum and tomato thinly. Beat the egg in a separate bowl and season with pepper.
  2. Fry onion, once translucent add capsicum and tomato cover to cook.
  3. Add the egg, season with salt and keep stirring to avoid sticking on the sufuria.
  4. Add 2 glasses of boiling water.
  5. Add rinsed rice and simmer on low heat.
  6. For peas. Fry onion, add peas immeadiately and cover to cook.
  7. Once they start popping season and stir to avoid sticking.
  8. Plate and garnish with tomato wedges and yoghurt.

Pour the eggs into the empty side of the pan, then scramble them, stirring. Add the peas, red pepper and green onions. Cook for about five minutes until the vegetables are soft. Push vegetables to one side of the pan and add the eggs to the other side. The saltiness from the pancetta offsets the simple peas and carrots in this Pancetta Fried Rice, while the grease from frying the pancetta carries depth of flavor, which gets coated on each individual rice grain.
