Hey everyone, I hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, gajrela. It is one of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Gajrela is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. Gajrela is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can cook gajrela using 7 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Gajrela:
  1. Make ready 2 kg Carrot/gajar
  2. Make ready 2 litre Milk
  3. Take 1/2 cup Mawa/whole dried milk
  4. Take 4 tbsp Clarified butter
  5. Get 1/2 cup Sugar
  6. Get 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  7. Get 2 tbsp Dry fruits
Instructions to make Gajrela:
  1. Wash and chop the carrot
  2. Pressure cook the chopped carrot and milk.
  3. When cooker release the whistle switch off the flame.
  4. Once cooled,open the lid.
  5. Heat clarified butter in a pan and transfer the carrot
  6. Stir continuously till thick.
  7. Simmer the flame,when the mixture(milk and carrot) gets dried add mawa and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
  8. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix well.
  9. Garnish with almonds,cashew nuts and raisins.
