Curd / Plain Yogurt - ¼ cup. These corn waffles are an excellent alternative to corn fritters. You lose the excess deep-fry fat, but I love corn fritters with maple syrup, so I knew I'd love corn waffles. They are fast and easy to make.

Steps to make Corn Cheese Waffles:
  1. Grind the corn coarsely. Now take in bowl all ingredients and make a thick batter. Keep aside for 5 mins.
  2. Now heat a pan cover for 15 min at high flame. Put a rack in it and cover it.
  3. Now pour the batter in a waffles mould. Tap it so that batter spread uniformly. Put it into the plate and put this plate on rack and cover it and cook for 10-15 mins at low to medium flame.
  4. Now remove the slices from mould. - Again heat a pan and put these slices on it and cook both sides till golden brown.
  5. Now flap the designed side and sprinkle the cheese and cook up to cheese melt.
  6. For dressing put all ingredients of dressing in a bowl and mix well. Dressing is ready.
  7. Now put waffles slice in a plate and put dressing on it. Our corn cheese waffles are ready to serve.
